Dr. Bimes has facilitated over $500 million in traditional and private equity transactions, including the sale of Mixed Animal Veterinary Associates North America (MAVANA) which he co-founded and served as Vice President of Operations. Dr. Bimes has been a practicing veterinarian and managing partner at Quakertown Veterinary Clinic for 37 years. He has investments in over 360 units across the US and offers expertise in asset management, securing debt, and deal structures.
