Michael Stover

Graduate of Penn State University with a marketing and supply chain degree. Mike has over 10+ years in retail management leading over 125 employees in 5 retail locations in Philadelphia and its suburb markets. In that time, he acquired valuable knowledge of the area that aided in expanding three markets and producing the highest customer service rating in the area. While in retail, he was a member of the real estate committee and partnered with contractors and vendors to remodel and renovate retail locations.

Mike was able to bring his experience in retail to his passion of real estate. He chose real estate because it allows him to do what he loves, in managing people and managing the brand. Mike now focuses on the day to day operations at Nextera Capital to ensure the company assets, customers, and investors goals are met. It is his highest priority to maintain clear communication and direction to all stakeholders. A leader by example, you can always expect execution and authenticity.
