Ryan is our Director of Acquisitions, and he's the driving force behind our property acquisition strategy. With almost 10 years as a mechanical engineer, Ryan's analytical mindset and keen eye for detail have been invaluable in his role. Prior to joining our firm, he led a global engineering team as a project manager, successfully overseeing multimillion-dollar product developments.

Ryan's conservative approach to investments ensures that we make sound and calculated decisions in the ever-changing real estate market. He's involved in the acquisition of 48 multifamily units, a testament to his dedication and expertise in real estate.

Beyond the boardroom, Ryan is an active member of the local real estate community. He hosts a multifamily meetup where he shares his knowledge and insights with fellow investors and enthusiasts.
